Department Registration Period (Start of Semester):
September 9, 09:00 AM - September 12, 05:00 PM

Eligible Applicants:

1. Students transferring this semester (113-1) from summer admissions (must present acceptance notice), changing majors (according to the list), or applying for early reinstatement (must present related proof of early reinstatement application).
2. Graduate students who are substitutes after the second-stage registration deadline (must present proof of substitute admission notice).
3. Students whose course selections are blocked due to online registration issues.

Special Circumstances Registration Period:
September 23, 09:00 AM - September 25, 05:00 PM

Eligible Applicants:

1. Priority will be given to those affected by course changes (such as course cancellations, changes in instructors, or changes in course times) that impact graduation for the current academic year or those who do not meet the minimum credit requirement of 9 credits.
2. Subsequent add/drop orders will be based on the approval of instructors and departmental regulations.

Important Notes:

1. Present the course add/drop forms to the designated course registration personnel in each department for processing. Department personnel may approve additional enrollments based on classroom capacity; departments with specific regulations will adhere to their guidelines.
2. If there are course conflicts before adding courses, students should handle course drops or withdrawals online at the time of confirmation to avoid registration delays due to schedule conflicts.
3. Graduate students who have already met their graduation credit requirements and have no course selections may apply to register for thesis writing according to their department's regulations.
