According to Article 7 of our university’s Degree Examination Regulations, degree examinations should be conducted orally, and written examinations may be held if necessary. However, in special circumstances where oral examinations cannot be completed via video conferencing, prior special approval must be obtained.

For international scholars participating in degree examinations or in other special circumstances (excluding personal work or schedule arrangements of committee members), please apply for video conferencing prior to the examination through the online application process. Approval from the relevant units must be obtained before conducting the video examination. The examination must still be held in a fair and transparent manner, and a complete audio and video recording must be archived and submitted to the respective teaching unit for record-keeping.
