Degree Requirements (by Academic Year)

Consistent with the Department’s academic orientation and strategic priorities, the curriculum is designed to provide graduate students with a solid foundation in psychological theory and research methodology. Students are further encouraged to take cross-departmental courses and integrate perspectives on human-related issues from other disciplines into departmental inquiry, discussion, and research. The program also places emphasis on cultivating an international perspective, language competence, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork. In addition, students are expected to demonstrate strong humanistic concern, profound respect for others, and heightened sensitivity to human issues. Based on these principles, the degree requirements are stipulated as follows:

  3. Credit transfer is capped at 6 credits and is subject to approval by the course instructor or the Program/Department Chair.

    • Psychological and Educational Statistics (II) (3 credits)

    • Psychological Experimental Methods (I) (3 credits)
