摘要：
The concept of bipolar spectrum disorder (BSD) was suggested by researchers, and bipolar I disorder and bipolar II disorder were the common subtypes drawn much attention; however, it is difficult to distinguish between two subtypes according to DSM criteria. In addition, the BD is recognized as a severe and chronic mental disorder of mood disorder, and due to the high relapse rate and mixed mood swings, patients suffering from BD would have dysfunction in maintain their daily functioning, disturbance in sleep and difficulty in maintaining interpersonal relationships and poor performance at work. In this presentation, I will present serious studies in what we found to distinguish between subytpes of bipolar disorders (BD), and what different impairment of neuropsychological performance between BD subtypes.
